To The Entire Staff at Burcham's My husband called your store on Thursday night and spoke with Jeff Resnick, asking several questionsreguarding a bike's availability and some of your fees. He answered all of them.I drove from Gloucester,VA(about 75 miles one way)to visit your dealership and purchase a bike.I was aware before my arrival that you didn't have this bike available, but that you could get it.When I entered you store I was impressed, you have a great selection of bikes, parts, and apparel.I went to the parts desk and ask for Jeff, the girl working there(I am sorry but I don't remember her name) paged him and he arrived shortly thereafter.I introduced myself and tld him my husband had spoken with him last night, he remembered. I confirmed what he had told me, it was right,no catches. He told me that you didn't have the bike in stock and I said that was okay I still wanted it. He went and checked just to be sure and guess what you had one. Then he proceeded to get the best price for me, I accepted, I was planning on negotiating on the price but I was so impresdsed up to this point that I just accepted his first offer. We then proceeded to talk about when I would pick this bike up, we wvwntually settled on today, and your service department went to work. Thanks guys. I was informed about the progress every step of the way. I was also loaned a trailer and a hitch to carry the bike home on. Then I ask about accessories and we made a deal reguarding them. Your parts department was also just as efficient. I completely outfitted my bike with everything I wanted(at least could afford at this point) all of which you had in stock except for one item. Thanks guys and girls. The finance manager and I had a long conversation about riding, groups, etc.,she told me where there were resteraunts and shopping areas that I could visit(and gave me directions) while I was waiting on my bike to be built. The long and short of it is I just wanted to compliment the great staff. Keep up the good work. Thanks again,Melanie Beeman(proud owner of a 05' Yamaha 1100 Classic)
